Bio
Ethan assists clients in a wide range of litigation matters such as complex business and property disputes, trade secret violations, sovereign immunity defenses and licensure defense. Ethan has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in the state and federal courts, and helped draft and argue appeals in both the Supreme Court of Texas and the Fifth Circuit.
