Bio
Drey represents businesses, corporate stakeholders, and professionals in complex disputes that call for clear strategy, disciplined advocacy, and practical judgment. He regularly litigates contract claims, business torts, intellectual property matters, fiduciary duty and corporate governance issues, shareholder rights claims, and real estate conflicts. Drey represents clients in trials and appeals across Texas county, district, business, and appellate courts, as well as federal district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts. He draws on his experience with national trial teams for a major corporation, where he helped defend consequential claims, including multiple multimillion-dollar lawsuits that resulted in complete defense verdicts. Drey’s work often begins before suit is filed, advising clients on dispute strategy, risk, negotiations, and communications designed to preserve leverage, avoid litigation when possible, and litigate zealously when necessary.
