Bio

Boone founded the firm in 1998 and has over 32 years of litigation experience representing professionals and businesses in both direct and complex disputes. Boone’s practice and trial experience involves a broad range of areas, including general business/commercial litigation, real estate & construction litigation, legal and professional malpractice litigation, fiduciary litigation, partnership/closely held litigation, employment & Title VII litigation, intellectual property litigation and personal injury litigation. Boone’s expertise is understanding his client’s unique legal problems, effectively navigating the legal system and advocating for his clients’ legal rights.
