Bo joined the firm in 2000 and has over 23 years of litigation experience.  Bo’s practice and trial experience spans a broad range including real estate, construction and fiduciary duty cases.  Bo also serves on the Texas Real Estate Commission Broker Lawyer Committee.  Bo’s extensive work in the real estate industry lead him to cofound Sellers Shield, a risk management company for residential real estate transactions.  Bo is heavily involved in the Austin community, including serving on the board for many non-profit organizations.
