Bio

Noel has over 20 years of experience handling a wide array of matters on behalf of corporate and individual clients.  Noel has extensive expertise in business law, real estate matters, probate and estate administration and estate planning.  Noel frequently represents clients in will contests, fiduciary and trust litigation, administering trusts and estates, residential and commercial real estate transactions, shareholder or partner disputes, land use disputes, construction litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, contract disputes and general business/commercial litigation.
